Downtown report:
Blue iguana in downtown serves 'to die for' margharitas. Red iguana (again in downtown) has a chimichanga that reminded me of the south indian masala dosa - all spicy boiled veggies filled in a tortilla shell with spicy gravy.
Bayou has 200 different kinds of beers. Am not a beer drinker - not now, nor was ever. So pear ale was the way to go. Jazz was loud - it's meant to be.
The grill from ipanema had chicken heart on skewers - amongst 15 different kinds of meat. Am vegetarian. Settled for the grilled pineapple.
